Digital products—including storybooks, printable activities, PDFs, and audiobooks—are delivered instantly upon purchase via email or download.

Because digital files cannot be returned, digital purchases are final, except where covered by our 30-Day Happiness Guarantee:

This guarantee does not apply to physical items.

3. PRINTED BOOKS (Physical Editions)

Printed books are produced on-demand through our printing partners (e.g., Bookvault).
Each copy is created specifically for your order.

For this reason:

All physical book sales are final and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it free of charge.

4. PERSONAL USE LICENSE
